AD77 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AD77 platform — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement comes into effect the moment you create an account or begin using any feature of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use AD77. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use AD77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party or as part of a syndicate without prior written permission from AD77.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your name, date of birth, email address, and any payment information required for deposits or withdrawals.
• You must not already hold an existing AD77 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not use the platform if you are a person who has been flagged for self-exclusion or if you have voluntarily requested that your account be restricted or closed.

AD77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. This is a standard process and not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the player's part.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

Once your account is active, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. AD77 will treat every action taken under your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to us promptly.

• Keep your password secure and do not share your login details with anyone else. AD77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account regardless of who placed them.
• Notify AD77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Do not allow minors access to your device while your AD77 session is active. You are responsible for ensuring the platform is not accessible to anyone under 18 through your account.
• Account information must be kept up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or identification changes, update your profile accordingly. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

AD77 processes all financial transactions in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. There are no currency conversion fees because everything runs in Pakistani Rupees from start to finish.

• Deposits are credited to your AD77 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. AD77 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• AD77 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of AD77's control.
• Funds deposited on AD77 are for gaming and betting purposes on the platform only. AD77 accounts are not to be used as general-purpose money transfer or storage accounts.
• If a deposit is made in error or a duplicate payment occurs, contact AD77 support immediately. Refund eligibility depends on whether the funds have been used in gaming activity.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

AD77 offers sports betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports, as well as Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games, and Bingo. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. AD77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except where the platform has made a manifest error in odds or market settlement.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, a price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical issue — AD77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance.
• Live in-play betting on Cricket and other sports is subject to connectivity. AD77 cannot be held responsible for bets that were not accepted due to a delay or interruption in the player's internet connection.
• PSL and international Cricket markets follow the official result as declared by the governing body. Bets are settled based on the official outcome regardless of subsequent appeals or amendments.
• For Slot Games, Fish Games, and Bingo, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified random number generator. AD77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino games are subject to the specific rules of each table variant as communicated by the live dealer at the start of each round. Standard casino rules apply where no specific variant rules are stated.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

AD77 runs various bonuses and promotional offers for registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on Slot Games, or enhanced odds on Cricket and PSL markets. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These are communicated with each offer and must be read before opting in.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts and may only be withdrawn after the stated wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Players may not stack multiple welcome bonuses or use the same promotion more than once.
• AD77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already opted in and started meeting the requirements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, or deliberately exploiting bonus structures — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

AD77 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment and must be approached as such. We encourage all players to play within their means and to treat their gaming budget as an entertainment expense — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Set a personal budget before you start playing and stick to it. Never deposit more than you can comfortably afford to lose in a session.
• Take regular breaks during extended gaming sessions. Fatigue and emotional states significantly affect decision-making quality.
• Do not chase losses. If a session is going badly, stepping away is always the right move. Increasing stake sizes to recover losses quickly is a common and damaging pattern.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AD77. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for anyone under 18.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes without human interaction.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic way to generate profit.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activity. AD77 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where financial crime is suspected.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in Live Casino tables.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification, including submitting falsified documents.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing AD77 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Privacy and Data

AD77 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform activity. The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the platform, processing transactions, and meeting any applicable obligations.

AD77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is processed through the relevant payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your bank — and is not stored on AD77 servers beyond what is necessary for transaction records.

10. Limitation of Liability

AD77 makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform operational, accurate, and accessible. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis and AD77 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a completely error-free experience at all times.

• AD77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions that are outside of our direct control, including mobile network issues on the player's end.
• AD77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses — including loss of anticipated winnings — arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect balance being shown or an incorrect bet being recorded, AD77 will correct the error as promptly as possible. The corrected position, not the erroneously displayed position, will stand.
• AD77's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

AD77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of platform promotions.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no breach of terms, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may request the closure of your AD77 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

AD77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practical, provide notice through the platform.

Your continued use of AD77 following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
